TRX Suspension Training
My name is Michelle Sneed. I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I received my certification in 2009. I am certified in CPR and AED. I have received a certificate in training with the TRX ® Suspension System through Fitness Anywhere. I also hold a 1st Dan Black belt in U.S. Tae Kwon Do. My style of training consist of muscle confusion/fatigue, core strength, shaping, toning, muscle gain, weight-loss, boot camps and progression workouts by using free weights, bands, balls, body weight, some machines, and TRX® Suspension. I will use all my talents to support you through all phases necessary to reach your goals. I look forward to helping everyone to challenge themselves in training their bodies.
A.K.A. “Spice”, has been in the fitness industry for over five years. Although relatively young, in the industry he is very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. Certified through A.F.T.A., and also TRX Suspension Training certified, William has worked at several fitness studios such as Fitworks, Platinum Fitness and Canyon Fitness. He also was the Sport Conditioner for the Withrow High School basketball program. William specializes in sports conditioning and band workouts. As your trainer, he will take your athletic and health abilities to new levels. His training will teach you how to make lifestyle changes. Working with William will be fun and exciting while getting results you need and deserve. William believes that fitness is the key to a long and prosperous life! So, “lets get fit together!”
